Work Experiences:
>checking of basic vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature) with the aid of a portable vital signs monitor and thermometer scanner. standard monitoring every 4 hours. reporting a care plan.
>Assisting the patient carefully such as feed, bathe,oral care, diaper changes, perineal care, and toileting.

can handle bedridden patient with emphysema. Mechanical Ventilation. Tracheostomy. NGT feeding every 4 hours, including prescribed medication. Suctioning trache 5 - 10 seconds. catheterization, and draining urine. Nebulization every 8 hours.Turn or reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure sores.
>can handle ambulatory patients with pneumonia. Nebulization every 8 hours. Back tapping is required. Drink plenty of warm water.
>can handle ambulatory diabetic patients. Check blood sugar by using a glucometer before meals twice a day. Inject insulin if it's required. Depends on the doctor's order. usually given twice a day.
>can handle ambulatory COPD patient with diabetes. Check blood sugar twice before meals. Insulin is given if it's required. Oxygen therapy. Nebulization every 8 hours Back tapping.
>can handle a hypertensive stroke patient with physical therapy, which involves lifting the patient from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
>can handle ambulatory Parkinson's with mild dementia. Peg tube. Feeding is required every 4 hours, depending on the doctor's order. Turning from left to right is required.
