Through Caregiver training from 2021 to 2022, I have gained more than enough knowledge and understanding of how to assist clients with their daily needs, safety, and comfort, and how I can provide not just professional but courteous service. I also have the following certifications such as Basic Nursing Skills, Basic First Aid and Basic Life Support and received the following awards: Most Proficient in Fundamentals of Caregiving, Most Proficient in Child Care, Most Proficient in Elderly Care and Most Proficient in Emergency Care

I am a quick learner who can maintain my cool in stressful situations. My natural people abilities will help me to increase residents' spirits and retain their dignity even when they are in physical pain. I can pass a background check, am physically fit, and speak good English.

I have nursing skills to provide basic health care services such as checking vitals and I know what signs to look for that could indicate a problem. I can lay out the medication for the patients and check to make sure they are taking it correctly. I also have the stamina to assist the individuals by helping them in and out of bed, getting dressed, bathing, and with their meals.

I have the flexibility to work within your facility or to the patient's homes. In addition to helping patients with their daily activities, I also can perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, washing dishes, doing laundry, changing bedding, preparing healthy meals, and monitoring the patients to ensure they are eating their meals.

When my Father was diagnosed with Cancer in 2015, I took the initiative to take of him such as bathing, feeding and providing tracheostomy care. I am also responsible in checking and monitoring his vitals signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and respiration rate.

During pandemic till present, I also took the initiative to provide care to my aunt who is handicapped by checking her vital signs and blood sugar level since she is also a diabetic.

My emotional intelligence developed over the years allows me to build a relationship with other people effectively which helps me manage all the critical moments of their existence, trying to present my instructions and recommendations as their own choices. Perhaps that is why I am not just a caregiver, but a friend. And it is my primary motivation to be in this industry.
