The goals of a caregiver is to give companionship, mobility assistance, monitoring health conditions, giving emotional support, giving hygiene care and more.
Giving companionship to all senior is the best way for them to reduce stress, because stress is somehow the root why they are getting sick, so as a caregiver I am trained how to be compasionate with my patient, accompanying them to all activities they want to do as long as it is not bad to their health. Reiterating physical activities would be a great help to. Doing regular exercise can help them to become more healthy not just physically but also mentally and emotionally.
I would like to highlight as well my certificates and other skills. I am trained in doing CPR and I completed first aid training which is one of the most important task of a caregiver in times of emergency. I know how to check vital signs as well and monitor patients blood pressure. Additionally, I am well trained as well in child care.
With regards to meal preparation, I have knowledge as well to doing it especially patients with comorbidity. I have also knowledge in house cleaning if my employer will ask me to do some stuffs because I have completed a short training of housekeeping.

I would like to introduce myself so that you can have an overview about my education and work experiences.
I completed 3 courses. The first course is Hotel and Cruise Services, in this course I learned a lot in housekeeping from basic cleaning up to detailed cleaning of facilities, and I believe it would be an asset for me to fit what you need. I worked in fastfood chain for 3 years and I applied all the learnings I obtained from this course.
While I am working in fastfood chain I decided to take another course which is Business Administration major in Management. It's really hard to become a working student but since I am so determined with my goal I was able to finished it little by little. I quit my fastfood job since my college expenses is getting high so I switched to BPO company that will suffice my financial needs. I continued my course until I graduated. I know that this course may not the one you're looking for but I guess the determination, willingness and my English speaking skills I have would be a factor as well to become your Aupair.
And the third course I have is caregiving. It is still ongoing and will graduate this year. I obtained knowledge in childcare, meal preparation, basic safety training, CPR and Elderly. This course is very close to what you're looking for and I am ready to showcase my skills and willingness to become your Aupair.
