As an IT,
I'm Keeshia Nicole graduated from Holy Angel University with Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology major in Network Administration. I have been working in this online industry with different foreign employers from Australia, USA, Germany, UK and etc. for almost 10 years now.
2015 was my first experience as an Executive/CEO Assistant with an Australian Employer. It was an overall job. From graphic designs of some quotes, logo, profile pictures, cover photos, social media management, wordpress designs, real estate management (posting houses and condos updating images and prices), and etc. Assisting on his webinars, email management, email campaigns, audio transcribing, meetings and etc. Also doing some personal stuff like booking tickets, searching restaurants and more. So this first experience was mix of both personal and work assistance.
Second experience as an Executive Assistant was most likely on the work side not on the personal side. I help him hire people, interview and creating SOP. I am not just an executive assistant but also a Project Manager where I am the one handling the staffs such as the graphic designers and wordpress developer. Until the wordpress developer resigned at work, then I took over the job while doing the other work for him. I am also the one who is the Store Manager where I am the one responding to emails, and all about the orders and inquiries of the products. and so on.
Third experience as an Executive Assistant is mostly on the personal side. He is a Crypto Fund Manager, but his business didn't go well so he had to let us go. When his business is doing well, I helped him set up with webinars. I am also attending his webinar and answering the questions of the attendees etc. I am also helping him book flights, looking for cheapest rates, booking restaurants, hotels and etc. I am also helping him with ordering food like in Uber and etc. Helping him with ordering tickets, booking cars specially when in different country and more.
I am also very knowledgeable with Websites and Stores such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and many more. I am very comfortable with working on different themes as I love exploring and learning new themes. I love exploring their capabilities and tweaking and designing them.
I can work on both front end and backend of the website. I can setup easy CSS and HTML. I can work from scractch from domain to hosting and cpanel from migrating from one host to another. Working on errors and resolving bugs and problems. I can work on developing the Wordpress site to designing simple Graphic Designs. Importing products, inputting products and working with any ecommerce plugins specially Woocommerce. I will work with speeding the website working with SEO on all over the site. Creating backlinks inbound and outbound links creating landing pages and more.
To sum it up, I am a General Virtual Assistant were I have had lots of different experiences in the past. It’s easy for me to learn new software/apps/tools that will help the company to grow. I have experience using different Project Management tools, email marketing tools, and any tools beneficial to a Virtual Assistant that will help productivity.
In total, I have 5 years of experience as an Executive/CEO Assistant. I have more than 8 years in the online industry. Other than that I have experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, HR Manager, SEO, Website Developer, etc.
As a Caregiver,
y experience in caregiving outside is when I took my OJT training at Caranto Medical Center. After that, my other experiences were in taking care of patients in their homes. I have 3 experiences where 2 of them are Stroke patients and 1 of them is a Senior patient.
My job and responsibilities are but not limited to, helping them go to their regular follow checkups and tests in the hospital. I am the one organizing the medicines and making sure that they take them on time. I am their companion - making different activities with them such as going outside to see the sunrise in the morning for fresh air and for great start of the day, or just a light walk and see the sunset, or having light or deep or funny conversations with them. I am the one preparing for the food, making sure that the food is okay to eat, doing some research and making sure that they also love what I cook for them and making sure nutritious and healthy. I am the one taking care with their personal and hygiene care - bathing or preparing their clothes and making their beds. I do the laundry, grocery and etc. I watch TV or movies or play games with them. I do light massage at night before they sleep while having a conversation.
I also have my driver's license and I can drive, hoping to get visa sponsorship. d
