I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable individual with hands-on experience in senior care, having personally taken care of my three grandparents from both sides of my family. This experience has helped me develop strong caregiving skills, emotional maturity, and a deep understanding of the needs of elderly individuals.

My responsibilities included assisting them with daily living activities such as preparing meals, reminding and organizing medications, helping with mobility and light physical support, accompanying them to appointments and errands, and ensuring their safety and comfort at home. I also provided companionship by spending time talking with them, listening to their concerns, and offering emotional support, which I consider an important part of elderly care.

Through this experience, I learned how to be very patient, attentive, and calm in different situations, especially when dealing with health-related needs or sudden changes in condition. I became familiar with maintaining cleanliness in their living spaces, observing proper hygiene practices, and following routines to ensure their well-being.
