Dedicated and compassionate caregiver with hands-on experience providing attentive and personalized care to elderly family members and children. I am currently completing my Caregiving NC II at the Philippine Women’s University (Feb 2026–Present), where I am gaining formal training in patient care, safety, hygiene, mobility assistance, and proper documentation. My practical caregiving experience includes supporting my 83-year-old aunt with her daily living needs as well as caring for my own children, which has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to anticipate the needs of those under my care.

In my hands-on role, I assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility support. I ensure that clients maintain proper hygiene and comfort while preserving their dignity and independence. I am attentive to changes in physical condition, mood, and behavior, and I promptly report concerns when necessary. I also help prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs, assist with medication reminders, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.

I hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications, which equip me to respond calmly and effectively during medical emergencies. I am trained to assess situations quickly, provide immediate care, and follow proper emergency protocols when required. Safety is always my top priority, and I consistently apply infection control measures, proper body mechanics, and fall-prevention techniques in my caregiving work.

My caregiving approach is centered on compassion, respect, and reliability. I build trusting relationships with clients and their families by being patient, attentive, and emotionally supportive. I understand the importance of companionship in caregiving, so I make an effort to engage clients in meaningful conversation and simple activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.

I adapt easily to new environments and cultural settings, and I am committed to continuous learning to improve my caregiving skills.
