Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Provide daily personal care assistance including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
Assist clients with feeding, medication reminders, and daily routines.
Support cognitive stimulation activities such as conversation, memory exercises, and recreational activities.
Monitor emotional and physical well-being of clients and report changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce anxiety and confusion in dementia patients.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for individuals in care.
Work with families and healthcare teams to ensure person-centered care plans are followed.
Encourage independence and dignity in everyday activities.
