Introduction
Im senior carer with 4 years plus of experience in homecare/nursing care and in live in home privatepatient.
I experience all kinds of patients in homecare such as dementia,kidney failure patient,stroke patient,bedridden,car accident patient and it cause her bedridden with Pegtube feeding,cancer patient,diabetic patient with shots of insulin and more.
And also i do with live in homecare patient.
I perform lifting from bed to wheelchair,bathing using a commode chair at toilet,bed bath,recording vital signs,massage and physio exercise,change diapers,meal preparation as well as snacks,companionship,and do educational exercise to patient such as coloring,drawing and reading books.
I also administered medication that prescribed by Doctor to the patient and Assist in thier daily living.
