I am seeking to leverage my experience by bringing on board my skills and ideas from my industrial attachments as well as take on new challenges within your organization. For this reason, as excited to learn that your organization is currently hiring and I like to take this chance to apply for this position.
This position would allow me the opportunity to utilize the knowledge and skills I gained and also experiences gained from my two industrial attachment which were multicultural. In this capacity, I will be in a position to disseminate my cooperative,teamwork, communication skills documentation and record keeping. In addition, I also have high-level interpersonal communication skills including high emotional intelligence with strong empathy,vulnerability assessment, community need assessments and computer studies,and the ability to establish rapport with diverse people. I am passionate about youth engagement projects, capacity building and Empowerment, petient attending,caregiving, sexual reproductive health, rehabilitation programs and Child welfare programs.
As a Social worker, I am fully aware of the need to address the vulnerability condition of the Kenyan local communities and strengthening the resources used in capacity building to improve the living conditions of the people. Moreover, I am a trained professional with a Diploma in social work and community development. This diploma gives me a comprehensive understanding of Vulnerabilities. I believe that am very outspoken and good at both oral and written English and Swahili.
