I am an experienced rehabilitation and physiotherapy professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting patients with mobility challenges, chronic conditions, spinal injuries, and age-related physical limitations. I currently serve as Head of Physiotherapy at Murang’a County Referral Hospital, where I assess, guide, and support patients through recovery and long-term care programs.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and trauma-related conditions, helping them regain strength, movement, and independence through structured rehabilitation and supportive care. My work involves developing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and supporting patients and their families through each stage of recovery.
I have extensive experience assisting people with limited mobility, including those with spinal injuries, paralysis, and chronic health conditions, supporting them from early passive movements to active rehabilitation and safe walking with aids such as crutches and frames.

Beyond physical care, I place strong emphasis on dignity, encouragement, and emotional support. I regularly educate patients and families on healthy living, condition management, and prevention of complications, and I carry out home visits and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
