I bring with me three and a half years of hands-on caregiving experience in Israel, where I worked closely with seniors in their daily lives. During this time, I supported individuals with a wide range of needs, including mobility assistance, personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. I also understand how important companionship is, so I always made time to talk, listen, and create a warm, positive atmosphere. My experience in Israel helped me become more adaptable, patient, and confident in handling both routine care and unexpected situations.

Before working abroad, I completed a three-month caregiver training course under CTEVT in Nepal. This training gave me a strong foundation in basic healthcare, elderly care practices, hygiene, safety, and communication. It also taught me the importance of empathy, observation, and professionalism while working with vulnerable individuals. I continue to apply these principles every day in my caregiving work.

I believe that good care is not only about physical support but also about emotional connection.
