Back in the Far East, one of the Asian values we hold dear to our hearts that stand out the most, in contrast to what I've seen here in the West, is the soft spot we have for the elderly in our family/community. In my family, the elderly are held upon a pillar, and given a god-status, as a sign of respect and affection. We extend this same regard to the physically challenged, and to other elders in the community. I have taken care of my late elderly ex-mother-in-law (unpaid family care) when she had Alzheimers. It was an experience I fondly cherish, knowing that I made sure she lived her last days enjoying Asian-style nurturing, gentle loving care and Asian-level respect.
While attending university in the Philippines, I was one of two primary caretakers of my Uncle who had a traumatic head injury due to a road accident. He suffered significant brain atrophy that resulted in periodic epileptic seizures and regressive syndrome (childlike behavior). Whenever I was not in class, I was at home to take care of him, and to administer necessary care whenever he was in a seizure.
Am a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) student online, and would love to work a job in a nurturing and supporting role. Having lived a healthy lifestyle since my teen years, I have the stamina, muscle mass, flexibility and agility to fulfill the physical demands of caregiving. One of my hobbies is being proactive in keeping up with the latest developments in Life Extension Sciences, and integrating them in my personal health protocols. Being that I am deeply dedicated to wholesome living, I don't drink alcoholic beverages nor do I indulge in the use of intoxicating substances.
My National SAT percentile score was 99+ (equivalent to a minimum of 1550 score in the US SAT. I can quickly grasp new concepts, am highly adept at processing information and can rapidly turn concepts into practical solutions/protocols/methods, and as such, can be counted on to perform technical work, and other tasks that require a good measure of intellectual capacity.
Although seemingly reserved at first, I quickly become bubbly and enthusiastic once I overcome my initial shyness. Am very diplomatic; wear a smile all day, and adjust well to diverse personalities around me. Having been a US Citizen since 2007, I am well assimilated, and can integrate well with local culture. Having lived and traveled close to a dozen countries, I have a lot of adventures to tell. My English Proficiency is C2 Level (University and Business Level).

With a talent and passion for cooking and baking, I worked in the culinary industry the past two years. Enjoying the healthy delicious meals I prepare would be a bonus perk for hiring me.
