Introduction
I have not yet worked formally as a senior caregiver, but I have 7 years of full-time caregiving experience as an MCF beneficiary at Mully Children's Family (2019-2026) in Kenya.
There I was responsible for the daily care of 15-20 vulnerable children aged 2-17, including:
- Personal care: bathing, dressing, feeding
- Cooking, cleaning, laundry, keeping the home hygienic
- First Aid, medication reminders, emotional support and companionship
- Patience, dignity and respect for each person
I was raised in a community home and trained to care for others with love and discipline. I am calm, respectful, hardworking and good with both children and elders. I am trained in First Aid and I am a fast learner, willing to be trained in elderly-specific needs like mobility support and companionship.
I am looking for a live-in position where I can provide housekeeping plus compassionate care for an elderly person.
