It is a very good and easy service to use. A great number of candidates subscribed and seemed serious, unfortunately some do not log in regularly and do not reply to messages sent, but with so many candidates there must be a match for each family. I was skeptical at first about trying the GreatAupair website, but once I made contact with the people on the other end of the customer service email, I was delighted. We were able to make contact quickly with our potential Aupairs and have found someone we are very happy with. We will definitely use the site again if the need arises!
