We have been with GreatAupair for the last 6 years and have tried a few other websites as well. GreatAupair was first with a lot of "emailing" features as well as background checks. We had great nannies contact us and in the end we found a great nanny from New Zealand who we share the same religious beliefs and love for the Japanese language. She has Skyped with me and the kids and we know we've found the perfect match. Good luck to everyone.

What a wonderful site. We have found several very nice aupairs. My son Sebastian speaks Dutch thanks to them and it's been a really nice experience to share our lives with these girls.
