Thanks to GreatAuPair website, we were lucky to meet Renae who little Olive immediately bonded with. She is a live-out baby sitter which suits us perfectly. Initially I thought the website was only for live-in nannies but I found that anyone can put down whatever preference they would like. Such a broad option for people which is great.

We were surprised about the amount of aupairs/helpers who were willing to come and live with us.
