I had a wonderful experience with my last family found on www.greataupair.com. It made it so much easier to be able to elimate candidates that didn't meet my needs! The family I found suited me perfectly and I loved both the parents and kids!

Of the three nanny/aupair sites I signed up with, GreatAupair was the only one that produced serious families actually looking for someone with my qualifications and experience. Though it took a few months, once I found a family, they were a perfect match and I can't imagine working for anyone else.
