This has to be the best website to find a nanny! It provides a ton of information and helpful items yet lets me be in control of who I wish to get to know, interview, and consider. We have used this website for the past two years with much success. My family was lucky enough to meet nice girls with only one exception. My best advice is to only go with girls that have prior aupair experience or with excellent child care references where you can speak to their references in great length.
