As a 35 year old there has only been a 3-year period where I have not had the responsibility of caring for animals. Growing up my family always had cats and dogs, and we had three horses. It was our responsibility to care for these animals throughout my childhood. I took riding lessons at an English stable, and was well taught on how to care for horses. Since adulthood I have personally had at least one dog if not a pack of dogs always in my care. In the last 3 years I have been the sole caregiver for a flock of 4 peacocks, 4 geese,7 ducks, and 20 chickens. I have raised 3 rabbits, raised 2 wolf mixes from pups, helped her through pregnancy, delivery and raising her pups, cared for cats, and the pack of 7 dogs I live with. All of this regardless of inclement weather, such as 4+ feet of snow, hail storms, smoke from wildfires, and bluebird days. I love animals and believe they deserve the best from us humans. I am comfortable learning how to give your specific pet the care, attention, and love they need. I am open to learning more about your pet, and how I can help make your lives a little easier.
