Job Description
Personal assistant to busy international company executive. Duties shall include management of weekly schedule, coordination and attendance of meetings, including taking of minutes and sending out of meeting invitations on Google calendar. Support with weekly errands including pick up of children from school with the driver. Fluency in french and english preferred.
