We are seeking a highly organized and dependable personal assistant to support our daily activities, based in Curitiba, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and have a good command of English to assist with establishing rental locations and hiring personnel. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a willingness to be flexible and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities include:

Making phone calls and coordinating with local service providers, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Driving us to appointments, meetings, and other destinations as needed, using their own car or a rental vehicle.

Assisting with shopping and potentially cooking meals, following our dietary preferences and restrictions.
Reminding us of upcoming appointments, deadlines, and other important tasks, keeping track of our schedule and ensuring that we arrive on time.

Researching and identifying potential rental locations, contacting landlords, and visiting properties to evaluate their suitability for our needs.

Assisting with hiring personnel for our project, including posting job listings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with other team members to make hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate should have:

-Fluent in Portuguese and a good command of English to facilitate communication and coordination with local service providers and vendors.

-A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
