We need someone who can run errands, make phone calls, send emails, coordinate schedules on an as needed basis. To start out, we will need just a few hours a week. Depending on how the first few weeks go, we may add additional duties/hours. This will be a part-time job even at its busiest.
If you have a car, that is preferred, but not necessary. As long as you have transportation and can move around within the City of Hamilton when needed.
Access to the internet at all times is essential - at minimum on your phone. We just need to ensure you are contactable. Tasks will not be required outside of business hours, but we may communicate outside of those hours. Most tasks will be during the work week, with the occasional task on weekends if needed.
We are fairly flexible when it comes to timing, unless we specify a specific deadline. You don't have to be "on call" and we can discuss what times work best for everyone depending on what errands/tasks need to be done. Happy to discuss this in more detail! We are easy going people, but we do need someone dependable and pro-active to assist us.
