Our family is growing and so is our business and that has created some strain: our daughter will turn 5 in August and we just found out that we are expecting another child (not sure if boy or girl yet) in October.
Because both of us work for ourselves we need assistance with our kid(s) as well as assistance with keeping the business "on track"

IN terms of the personal assistant role we are looking for someone who can (among other things)

Act as a personal assistant
Maintain a calendar of meetings and events
Arrange travel and accommodations as needed
Answer and screen phone calls
Respond to emails and correspondence
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned
Coordinate construction and maintenance projects
Complete other duties as assigned.

We are also looking for an Aupair whose focus will be to help out around the house and with the children and are open to hiring two people but we do not mind a position being "hybred" ie where the ideal candidate could help with business admin related tasks in the morning and then with the children in the afternoons. languages etc.
