We are looking to hire a personal assistant (live-in or out) to help manage a household and assist with daily tasks as well as help some with the kids. Our kids are very easy-going. The older two are busy with school and outside activities, but there is a lot to be done on the Homefront even when they are gone. The youngest loves the outdoors and exploring, but is in preschool full time. With the kids busy schedules, most of your time will be spent working on organizing, prepping, and executing the tasks and requirements of the day in addition to spending a bit of time with the kids. There is always lots of housekeeping, organizing, and everyday tasks to do. We have a small dog who is easy to take care of and lots of fun. She has a calm temperament and doesn't need a lot of caring for. We are looking for help with the following things: assist in some meal preparation, assist with cleaning, and sometimes help take the dog outside, laundry, errands, care for the kids. Sometimes you would work alongside me (Mom). The amount of time and pay are both negotiable, depending on experience, and whether or not you are a good fit for our particular family. We live in a beautiful place and have plenty of space inside and outside to play. For a live-in aupair, you would have your own room and space to call your own. Potentially, your own separate living space or apartment nearby. We work hard in our family but have so much fun doing it! We are joyful and fun to be with.
