Job Description
• Schedule meetings and manage calendar
• Help with daily time management
• Run errands, coordinate with other personal services like housekeeper and dry cleaning, and collect and pay some bills
• Coordinate deliveries, ordering, and document flow at the office
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements
• Ensure reading materials are printed and prepared for meetings
• Draft some correspondence, such as thank you letters
• On occasion, take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
• Help with daily time management
