Virtual Personal Assistant at Boldly
Boldly, a company based in Los,Angeles, is seeking an experienced Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to our clients remotely. This position is part-time and the salary range is between 25 and 50 USD per hour.
Responsibilities:
• Manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and scheduling for clients• Conduct internet research and provide data analysis as needed• Coordinate and schedule business trips and make necessary travel arrangements• Manage social media and other online profiles for clients• Maintain records and input data accurately into systems• Attend team meetings and take notes• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a positive manner
