We don't need someone to just check boxes, we need someone who genuinely cares, notices what needs doing before being asked, and brings a calm, nurturing energy to our home and our kids' lives. If you're the kind of person who straightens a pillow as you walk past it, checks that everyone ate, and makes a house feel like it's being looked after this is your role.

What you'll do day to day
Be our driver & errand anchor School drop-offs, pickups, appointments, grocery runs, and errands across both households. You get things where they need to go calmly and reliably. Mileage reimbursed rate. Clean license required.

Feed us well
Breakfast, lunch, dinner as needed. New ideas, comfort food that hits right. You don't have to be a chef, but you should enjoy cooking for people who appreciate it.

Keep the home in order
Tidying, laundry, vacuuming, dishes, organizing. Not obsessively just keeping things running so we come home to a space that feels calm and cared for.

Look out for the kids
Help coordinate activities, and just be a steady, positive presence around kids 12+

Be our household brain
Help manage the family calendar, coordinate appointments across households, handle packages, returns, phone calls, cat care whatever keeps things from falling through the cracks.

Help us make memories
Brainstorm and help pull off family events, outings, birthday ideas, and seasonal activities. We're a creative household and we love a good plan that actually happens.

Who you are?
You're someone who notices things. You remember that one kid has a thing at 3pm, that the pantry's getting low, that it's been a stressful week and dinner should be something comforting. You don't need to be managed, you manage. You're warm without being overbearing, organized without being rigid, and you bring a kind of steadiness that everyone around you can feel.

Hard requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean record and your own car this is non-negotiable. Comfortable around kids 12+.
