I’m a professional who has built my career as a Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary/Office Manager during the last 20+ years. During my tenure I had the privilege of working for Sri Lankan as well as international organizations assisting and being of service to CEO’s & Chairmen.
Some of the key areas where I’m having experience are attending to all correspondence both internal and external, managing calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, being the first point of contact and receiving visitors.
I conduct evaluations on new recruits and have been conducting interviews and actively handled the Human Resource division of my previous organization.
Coordinating events for the company, attending meetings and responsible for taking down minutes, representing the organization in events and functions. Independently handling correspondence and maintaining a practical filing system. Making travel arrangements and attending to visa requirements.
Handling all personal banking and investments of my Superiors and assisting them in their professional requirements. I have actively taken part in organizing and arranging private/family functions when and if my services are required.
Above all, I’m trustworthy and honest and deliver what’s expected of me. Cooperative and helpful and work with an excellent team spirit with colleagues.
Back in year 2000 I lived in Germany with a family where I had the privilege of looking after three children. At present I’m working for an Egyptian family as a Nanny and Driver in UAE.
I am a certified caregiver and I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to complete a course as a caregiver with the Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau a few years back.
I’m open to any job opportunity with a kind individual or a family with kids. Love dogs but dread cats (sorry not a cat person). I love reading and writing. I’m very creative and is more than able to maintain a beautiful house. I had the blessing of traveling and enjoying a few countries that would be my passion…
