Introduction
I am graduated from Bahria University Islamabad which is ranked 5th among all Pakistani Universities and 2nd in Federally Chartered Universities of Pakistan. I have done my BBA in Human Resource from 4th best business Institute in Pakistan, from the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. In my pursuit of bachelor and master degree in Human Resource, I strengthened my understanding of diverse HR topics such as Recruitment & Selection, Conflict Management, Project Management, Performance Management, Job Analysis, International Human Resource etc. And I also did Research thesis on The Role of Emotional Intelligence on Job Stress & The Role of Organizational Politics on Employee Performance. I have done my Intermediate and Matric with Ist division from BISE Peshawar.
