Travel Coordination: Organize business trips, including flight, hotel, timetable and restaurant reservations, considering time zones and specific needs.
Maintenance of Confidential Information: Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information, such as strategies, business plans and personal data.
Expense Management: Track and record expenses, process expense reports, and ensure spending is within budget.
Follow-up: Follow up on outstanding issues and commitments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and responsibilities.
Maintain Interpersonal Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and business partners.
