As I always say and being honest I may not have an experience being personal assistant, but I once work as excutive assistant or personal admin of an executive director in a five star hotel in the philippines which is Newportworld casino. I also became a manager in a fine dining restaurant. In terms of scheduling and admin duties I can handle it, as I am knowldegable in Microsoft excell.

When it come’s to work, I really can work under pressure through my patience and being organized. I always come more early than my usual timing as my weakness is being late so I prepared to always work on time. I can work as a team and also an individual as I am applying for personal assistant.

I can take care of your belongings and I will make sure that it’s always organized and in good condition. Updating you time to time on your meetings, gatherings or in any event that you had. Being personal assistant is being honest, as I need to work with you 24/7 and and tell you everything what going on.

I will assure you, I can be comfortable eaily working with you, when it comes to work I am very dedicated and motivated. Know that some problems we might encounter even personal problems but I know how habdle it and set aside my personal problems so it won’t affect my job. As we will work together, I promise to be always on your side no matter what the situation is.

One thing I like also is listening to some suggestions, who ever had a suggestions I always look for it and not ignoring it as long as it can helps the company. Because it’s one of the reason also why team work is staying. Because I believe in a saying that team work makes the dream big. I can also share my passion, as it might help in the future. When I was in my country I have a part time job which is event organizing and decorating in small gatherings like birthday, Christening and small weddings. I used to decorate and also balloon decorator, eversince I always want to share my creativeness so I decided to used this skills to have an extra income until it became my business. People are contacting me direct and some clients are reffered by some other clients also. I really love when people appreciate what I’ve done not just in my passion but also when it comes to work. As I am working always with a heart and with passion. Because at somehow, it’s very hard to work when you are pushing yourself for something that you don’t want to do. That’s why I preferred always to work when it come’s to me initiatively.

As your personal assistant, I will assure also that your trust is with me. I believe that’s the number one rule in this position and I am agree with it. You cannot have someone to be your personal assistant yet acting like one but at the end it might drag you down. That’s why I will understand if you will choose wisely and smart.

I am willing to rellocate whenever you are and it doesn’t matter to me how far it is from my location right now. I am willing to travel also together with you, or whenever the location is. I can work shifting schedules even in holiday. I don’t mind if I will work in holiday as I used to work many times and missed some special occasions in my life because I am dedictaed to my work. If I have some plans, I always request ahead of time I make sure that it won’t affect my time and schedule specially my work. As long as it’s not the busy days I know where to asked for.

I used to work in a very busy environment, so I guest it will be easy to me to handle somethings, it might be new to me but I am always willing to learn and to be trained. I can prove you that I will get easily to understand things and you won’t encounter any problems when it comes to work.

I am the type of person that is always happy for the achievement of others. I always clap for other’s hardwork and support them. I love seing my colleague or my team growing, as I know to myself that this is also the achivements of my team. That’s the one thing I’ve learned in my previous experience.


I love giving hapiness and joy to my colleague or whoever I am with. I don’t usuallt focusing on dramas as it is not helping us, instead we can work together on this and solve together without blaming each other which is one of the very important rule also. Because for that it can gives positive result and outcome to our work.
