I have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Southern College. Following that, I taught for eleven years in various schools, public and private, domestic and abroad. Through out my tenure I was able to glean many professional development opportunities, and have my students meet and exceed benchmarks and receive top awards. Thankfully, my passions have also afforded me the opportunity to collaborate with other professionals for lessons, projects and events. I take pride in being flexible while completing the tasks that have been set. I attribute my success in achieving goals to having strong organizational skills and a propensity for managing others. I am passionate about keeping current with the best working practices, and I have an ardent desire to constantly evaluate the effectiveness of what I do. I feel that I should be always evolving, so that new standards can be set and I can keep pushing the bar of what excellence is.
