Hello, families out there! I would like to work for the family who value respect and will treat me like member of their family...I had a 1 & half year babysitter experience ( new born) and a 6 mos. caregiver training. I love children and really dont believe in physical to discipline them. They are children and they just do whatever they like because it's their nature, they don't mean to hurt anybody anyway. They easy to forget and forgive others, as an adult I have to be very patient and tolerate them and love them just as they are... also looking for an elderly job. I will work for you as long as you want me to renew my contract...
