WORKEXPERIENCE

In the end of 2023, I stopped my work as a project accountant at a consulting company within construction, technology, and infrastructure. I then have had the same employer since 2007.

My main responsibility has been monthly invoicing of our consulting hours. I monitored project accounts, and I handle some supplier’s invoices. I have had regulary contact with my managers, co-workers, and customers, through email and phone, or in the office.
Before the company reorganized in the fall of 2021, I sometimes coordinate travelling for our department, and different events, together with an external organizer, or with other departments within the company. I also designed, and sent out, two newsletters every month, created in, and through, e-marketeer. I did this for my department manager, as well as for our business area manager of Sweden.

I have had a broad role in my support function, and I am used to work in different computer systems.
In the late 90's, I lived in the US for a total of five years, in New York, and Los Angeles.

In my 20's I worked as a an au-pari & nanny, and as an assistant to families with large households with various tasks as to running errends, stocking up the household, maintaining the cars, moving/logistics,to drive the children to activities,some cooking since I enjoy that, but no heavy houskeeping like laundry, vacuuming, ironing, etc. I love pets and can take care of dogs for example, we've had animals and pets in our family as I grew up. I also have been horseback riding in younger years. Before I started working as a project accountant I worked as a salesperson, and in the restaurant and catering business, with various duties.

I studied at collage in Santa monica/ Los Angeles for one semester. Here in Sweden, I have worked as a personal assistant to a physically handicapped young woman, as a clothing store salesperson, as event staff and waitress, as a receptionist and administrator, and a project accountant from 2007 to 2023.
