As a Chief Concierge/Guest Service Manager , I was able to develop my skills in Leadership,Efficient under pressure,collaboration,Problem solving,attention to details During my last assignment at mandarin oriental riyadh , I handled all incoming communication, replied 50 or more emails daily, assisted the concierge/guest service team with report preparation and developed a file system that increased efficiency

In addition to my administrative skills, I possess strong communication and time management skills from my recent position as a Chief Concierge. In this position, I was responsible for the Concierge department daily operation,training ,Supervision & scheduling of Staff,handling Guests requests,arranging travel/Restaurant/transportation /courier services I also have technical skills that include Microsoft Office,data entry, email management and knowledge of working with different applications
