I consider myself a versatile person. In my years of experience, I have worked on projects in unique and different areas, such as telemarketing companies, food processing, recumbent bicycle development, banking operations and financing management, restaurant equipment manufacturing, and gastronomic consulting, among others.

Examples of the tasks I have performed include:

- Customer service for the sale and use of food equipment.
- Accounting administration through the preparation of budgets, cashflows, purchase orders, and income statements.
- Supplier management and stock of elements necessary for the manufacture of the products to be sold.
- Organization of delivery people and routes for product shipping.
- Management of training for telemarketers for the development of B2B and B2C customer service at BNP Paribas Bank in Spain.
- Processing of financing with associated businesses and end customers.
- Development and documentation of work instructions for the food processing industry.
- Implementation of ERP systems to projects.

Currently, I work as a freelance data analyst at Pastas Pariggi, a controlled atmosphere food distributor. There, I implemented data analysis and BI studies to focus on sales sectors and achieve better accounting management with risk analysis, period comparison, cashflows, and study of sales trends according to customer behavior.

Finally, I work in a second company, SeisCreative Foods, also on a freelance basis. This company provides gastronomic consulting. There, I prepare budgets for clients, take care of the division and organization of tasks and times for each stage of the different projects, and develop work instructions to carry out the different activities.
