My first work, like personal assistant was at the law firm office in my city.
I have many responsibilities, to answering the calls, emaills, planning and organising meetings, complex travel, taking action points and writing minutes, preparing papers for meetings, taking dictation.

I have ability to master the angle manage all multiple calendars at once.
While it can be mind-boggling at times, I have always found scheduling to be rather fun working like a PA can change in a minute, but it is cruical to remain calm and effective even in unforeseen situation.
I have knowledge of office management systems and procedures social media, MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and I'am English proficiency.
I can work with calendar, helping run extra businesses, managing property, organising events and conferences, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, handle requests and queries appropriately.

I have worked in USA for prominent dental private clinik where I take care of digital and physical records with data protection legislation.
So my work was to prepare reports and typing medical report according to the doctor instructions, have communication with insurance companies.
I have ordering all medical supplies, and I always have empathy and patience toward patients.

I have visa for USA so I can work and travel, I cover all travel expenses by myself.
