Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Administrative duties: completing, filing, and submitting paperwork to keep up with company's headquarters, also handling customer transactions, writing up reports.
Managing employees: responsable for the scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and training of employees as well as providing service to customers and assisting entry level associates or technicians during busy periods.
-Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients -Screen and direct calls and distribute correspondence
-Handle requests and queries appropriately
-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
-Make travel arrangements
-Take dictation and minutes
-Source office supplies
-Produce reports, presentations and briefs
-Devise and maintain office filing system
