My name is Ruha.

I have experience working as PA, handling both the business and personal aspects of the Employer’s daily activities.
I am experienced in business administration (general administration, finance, human resources management) as well as in project management (scheduling, planning, budgeting, deployment and supervision of resources, project supervision). I have already worked with international Clients (Asia, Europe, Americas).

As a part of the PA duties, I was handling the health of the business owners in general. I was curating recipes and creating meal plans according to their current health conditions and lifestyle.
I am a Certified Nutritionist and Herbalist, Member of the UK Complementary Medical Association.I am the Author of the Holistic Nutrition book "Naturally Dietstyle".
I have experience in personal/family/sport nutrition, as well as customised nutrition plans (meals, diets - inclusive of special needs for prevention and reversal of health conditions, exercise, lifestyle).

I am practising Whole food plant based diet, I do take dairy occasionally. I have experience creating, curating menus for meal plans for vegetarians and non vegetarians according to their current health conditions and requirements. I am not a chef but I do have experience creating international dishes based on Indian ( South and North), Malaysian, Chinese, Italian, Mexican recipes, as well as healthy snacks. All the dishes are prepared according to my healthy dietary standard for good health.
I have worked for companies and universities, helping create a Vegan/Vegetarian Apps, and curating foods/meal plans for clients with health conditions.

I can work under pressure, I can handle multi-tasking, I work for efficiency and results in any task that is assign to me. I am energetic and passionate about anything I do.

I was born and raised in a multi-racial, multi-cultural and multi-language environment, and I can perfectly handle PR activities. I speak fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil. 
I am currently studying Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
I have lived overseas for long and short periods of time (Czechia, Portugal, Italy).

As for the preliminary arrangements: hold a valid Malaysian Passport (Commonwealth)
I also hold a valid Schengen Residence Permit (Portugal, valid until Dec 2024 and renewable for 5 years upon expiry)
I hold a valid Malaysian Driving License (Commonwealth) and an International License for UK/Europe.

I am a non-smoker.
I do not drink.
I do not have pets, but enjoy their company.
I will be available for a call or video call at your earliest convenience. I would like to understand more about the position and the requirements, at the same time you will be able to understand more about myself as well.
I am currently in Malaysia and I can be available in Europe/UK any time with a 15-day notice.
