Hello I’m Cyril Ann. 29 yrs Old Filipina. I’ve been working in a business process outsource for almost 8 yrs now. Aside from my job, I am also responsible for house chores, cleaning, mopping, running errands such as groceries and market. Cooking meals, taking care of our pets, plant care. I have a fish in aquarium. I used to take care of my bedridden grandmother that passed away last 2018. I used to be assistant of my father who has diabetes, kidney problems, hypertension and other illness. I used to be the one injecting him insulin, checking his sugar, blood pressure and accompanying him to the hospital for check up, buying meds, cooking for his diets. I was able to perform all this while I’m also working as a customer service at night. I handled different accounts from technical support, healthcare, insurance, retail, gadgets and automotive everything over the phone, chats or email support. I am flexible and fast learner.
