My first 5 years of experience was a Treasury Assistant in a Financial Institution. I was the in-charge for transacting finances to all branches. I transact money from bank to bank or through online banking. I also managed the daily cash flow of the branches. I do bank reconciliation and some other bank processes.
My second experience for 3 years was being an Executive Sales Secretary. I do all administrative tasks like making price quotations for the customers, editing brochures using Photoshop, making cash advances for sales agents, preparing bidding documents, booking of airline and shipping tickets and hotel accommodations, making outgoing calls, receiving incoming calls, keeping of inventory stocks for the office supplies, arrange quarterly meetings, annual company events and more.
My third experience was being a Virtual Assistant. I scheduled posts for social medias, make infographics for social media posting using Canva and make website blogs.
And my latest working experience is also a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Representative to a Canadian employer. I recruit workers such as General Laborers, Housekeepers, Forklift Operators, etc.. I post job ads using Indeed and Ziprecruiter. I screen applicants through calls, texts and video calls. Everyday, I dispatch 20-40 workers, receive and answer emails from clients especially job orders, make necessary documents for newly hired workers, look for clients to increase business through E-mail or E-mail blasting, attending phone calls and I make job ads and post it to all our social medias.
