Good morning! My name is Precious Joyce, you can call me Preppy, I’m 40 years old. Currently living in Manila, Philippines. I’m a graduate of PMI College with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Custom Administration. My previous work was an Event Organizer of Blitz & Blaze Seminars and Event Management Services for 4 years as the General Manager. I was the one organizing, coordinating, and managing in any events, seminars and conferences. I was the overall in charge of talking to the hotel sales/ booking my clients schedules, request, coordinating with speaker involved and needed in any topic.
I have been also a Customer Service Representative-Advisor I, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and a Retention Specialist at Concentrix, Philippines for 26 months.
My task is to answer both general/ specific customer questions about the company’s product and services. Assist them in processing their orders and transactions. Resolve issues and troubleshooting technical problems. Delivering information about a company’s offerings. Providing proactive customer outreach. Handling customer complaints. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Responding to customer reviews. Guides new hires and help them familiarize the process and the account we’re handling. Pursue the clients to still build and continue to trust the relationship we both tend to grow with the company.
Lastly, I am also a Senior Recruiter at PSG Global Solutions under HealthCare Support Account. I do ensure that all credentials are all filled up correctly by our applicants. Making sure that they complied to the following requirements needed by our clients. Follow up and making sure they completed all the requirements before their start date. Informing our Onboarding Coordinator if the applicants have some conflicts with their applications to give them options to make their application be completed on time.
My edge to other applicants is that I’m a fast learner, I tend to dedicate my time to work, to focus on matter that will help me grow and be an asset to the company.
