Introduction

I worked as administrative staff/secretary for 10 years and I assisted co employees and other people with their paper works, running errands and assisting whenever there is an event, and when my Superiors need to travel I process their flights and hotel accommodation and process their reimbursement after as well. I am responsible in making sure that my superior is always ready for meetings as I record all his schedules and I diligently prepare all the necessary documents he would need as well as the possible information he would be asked during the meeting or conference. As an admin staff, I do reportorial requirements and other compliances as per instruction from my supervisor. I used Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point the most, but I am learning to use other tools in order to acquire more knowledge for skills improvement. I also manage the receiving and sending of emails. I entertain clients and visitors politely.
Apart from being an admin staff and secretary, I worked as a Contractual/ Fixed Term Sales Associate from 2005 to 2010. I was assigned at the Children's Department. I made sure that I rendered service from the heart to all my customers. I memorized the items assigned to me including the barcodes to easily monitor what are sellable and slow moving. I do inventories as well. I am also a part-time online ESL trainer and my students are Japanese. I speak a little Japanese and still learning. I love learning other languages. I am a mother of three and I manage my home and everything in the house. I do all of the household chores and I am excellent at it. My kids and husband are helping me with the chores also to lighten up the house works. I do the budget and the shopping. We have two (2) dogs at home and I feed them, bathe and give them medicine whenever necessary. I have a friend who is currently in the USA now and she only has her grandmother here in the Philippines. And whenever her grandma is sick, she will ask for my assistance and I run errands for her. I referred her grandma to hospitals for appropriate medical assistance and evaluation. I assisted her from confinement, to settling bills, to discharge. I just managed my time because at that time I still have a job. I am an athletic person. I love outdoor sports. I was a varsity player in Softball.
I may not be the most qualified person in the position but I believe with my dedication, eagerness to learn, and with passion for helping others, I will be a good fit for the position. I assure you that I will render a service from my heart. I hope my application will be considered.
