Introduction
My current work for 6 years is a personal assistant/secretary in a family that have construction business here in the Philippines.
I provide essential support in their construction business. Primarily, managing schedules, maintaining project documentation, drafting letter, monitor company expenses, permit applications and some accounting task.
I am also responsible for the executive's personal affairs, including tracking expenses, scheduling and planning travels, credit card monitoring ,tracking personal expenses, drafting letter, buying personal things, some grocery shopping and giving a hand to other family members.
Being the oldest sister to my 2 siblings (2 girls), is a heavy duty and responsibility. I am the built-in babysitter and lead house help of my family. I help my parents to take care of them since they were babies up until now as a teen. Now being the oldest out of the two I had handled the situations in mature way. I need to set a good example for them to grow into beautiful people in the society.
Also as an older sister, I love doing household chores, cleaning and cooking, doing laundry, grocery shopping, tutoring, and many more. Being the big sis taught me responsibility, time management and how to deal with stressful life situations. It was a great life lesson!
I am so excited to be part of a happy family that will embrace me as their own. I assure to my future host family that I am a trustworthy, honest and responsible.
