I am an admin staff in the office as of the moment, i do the errands when it comes to payment to the bank and buy things needed in the shopping mall. i do the driving also and sometimes I make orders for the projects. there are certain things to consider also. the filing of every transactions made on that day. i do make follow-ups like billing transactions, and project materials needed on the site. i also assist one of the restaurant of their son. i make their sales report daily, do printouts and get their daily sales daily. sometimes i do the marketing on their social media page. i do monitor their inventories and reconcile it on the same day. i do make the payroll every week in the office and to their establishment. i always make sure that they will receive it on the scheduled date.
