I've been working in a outsourcing company for 10years, responsible in all back office/admin tasks. I already experienced to worked with different nationalities, charter telecom for 56 states in U.S, a job responsible for new install of telephone, change for upgrade and downgrade request and disconnect for suspension. I also handle Ethernet, new install for new users and a back to back communication with the tech onsite for all any Ethernet issues for both business and residential area. Also handle and worked with Google Credit team, who are responsible to review all the documents presented by the customers in applying for credit cards. And lastly, I'm working with Google under Anti Money Laundering Team to catch the fraudster who missed used the platform.
