I, Joey would like to introduce myself as an applicant for the personal assistant position. As a high-energy and organized individual, I am confident in my ability to perform in the role of PA. After high school, I started working as a secretary whereby I was promoted later to senior secretary and decided to upgrade my skills at Polytechnic of Namibia now known as NUST. I loved the fast-paced customer service environment and found it exciting to work with diverse people.
In my previous role as a secretary/administrator, I was directly assigned to work with people with warm smile and friendliness. My responsibilities included customer service, note-taking, planning and organizing, report writing, scheduling, data capturing, filling, taking phone calls and any other office duties.
As a Personal Assistant/Receptionist /Administrator, I strive to provide accurate work, good communication skills, and error-free service.
