Related to PA, I performed project-based administrations in SMART Technical Service and executive secretary to my ex-employers of Japan Drilling Company and SPA Project Management Co. Ltd. I have a lot of experiences in assisting and reporting daily business operations with travel arrangements, crew on/off, document controlling, office stationery and other services including office maintenance. I was the first contact to reach my boss. In addition, I have done a lot of logistics coordination and handled bills and pay instead of my bosses.
In addition to that I am also good in HR. I was the head of HR department in a group company in Myanmar. I was responsible for reviewing SOPs of all internal departments including Strategic Business Units. As a key player of Change Management Mechanism and Strategies of HR Committees; Internal Control; and retaining plan connected to performance appraisal as well. Also, as a Head of HR department, day-to-day HR operations including Career Development.
