Introduction

I am a holder of a diploma in business administration from the then The Mombasa polytechnic university college which is now the Technical University of Mombasa with an upper credit award. I also hold a KSCE certificate having attained a C (plain) grade from the St George's high school. Am also ever ready and longing to advance further education wise for the advantage of the employer and the institution's productivity if room is available. I am also computer competent as supported by my transcript attached within this job application and my work experience working with a computer as my major working equipment of six productive years at HAKIKA TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD (a famous transport and logistics company in Mombasa).
Being a former employee of the mentioned Hakika transport services ltd for over 6 years in active work in Mombasa, I am established in valuable experiences in the transport and logistics ministry which perfectly apply across the market divide, having had the opportunity to hold various leadership roles during that time. I am gladly graced to showcase a vast array of formidable skills and experience in office management, inventory control, people and asset administration, filing system, document & stationery management and organisation, warehouse control, and communication skills calmly interacting with different people of different cultures, languages, behaviors and nationalities via calls, online emails and on one on one basis.
During the time at Hakika, I managed to hold two important offices; one was the booking office from April 2015 where I successfully fulfilled my duties as the main holder of the office dealing with immense pressure from clients who brought or returned shipping containers after delivering their cargo, until during an internal reshuffle in May 2017 to the company's document filing and scanning office as the main office clerk where I was entrusted with the roles of reviewing very sensitive shipping stationery or documents for authenticity and validity, uploading and readily relaying them into the company's data management systems on the computer to make them available to the other clerks and for security purposes until my exit in July 2021 of which I was graced to run smoothly, successfully earning the grace to run it without substantial flaws. These offices like any other office called for my ability to practice maximum industrial psychology and humility dealing with tough clients and colleagues of diverse culture, languages and attitude, for more than 6 years. I was additionally in a position to practice my ability to learn fast, practical innovativeness and conflict/problem resolution techniques to enable a smooth work chain in the company. I also attained progressive skills of maximum time devotion, leadership control, smooth communication and utmost integrity at all times.
I was also deployed at the port of Mombasa before formerly being employed where I worked at the loose cargo offloading batches, where I dealt with receiving, handling, and maintaining records of all food and non food items offloaded which I assigned truck drivers to transport them to the respective warehouses of clients kick starting the supply chain process to owners like the World Food Program. Then I was deployed at the empty container department between January 2015 and April 2015 as a container inspection clerk checking container conditions and reporting to the front office clerks for payments purposes.
During all this time at Hakika, I devoted to work with a strict mindset to fulfill my duties and roles for the expected productivity, trustworthiness and primarily protecting the company's public image.
