I have well experiences with kids and the elders in my family, orphanage and nursing home. I would love to have part time job in Monday - Friday in evening, and can be full day in Saturday and Sunday, if you are in Semarang.
But, i would love to leave Indonesia to help you in your country as an au pair or your assistant for a year or 2 years, and this need further discussion with you.
